Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery Director for a travel nursing job in Princeton, West Virginia.

Now Hiring: Director of Women's Care (RN)

Unit: L&D (Labor and Delivery)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts)
Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Requirements:

Active RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
5+ years of RN experience
2+ years of leadership/management experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC preferred

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Women's Care nursing operations
Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Supervise, develop, and maintain nursing staff competencies
Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance
Assist with budgeting and efficient department operations

Additional Information:

Epic EMR
Unexpired driver's license required at submission
100-mile radius rule applies
