Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experience supporting care standards for patients across the lifespan, from infant to geriatric

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily operations within the Nursing/Patient Care Areas
• Support compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Lead performance improvement efforts and participate in CQI activities
• Help ensure nursing staff competency and promote best practices
• Assist with budgeting and contribute to efficient departmental operations
• Provide strong leadership for a collaborative, patient-centered women’s care environment
