Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging services in an interventional radiology setting.

Shift Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule Options:
- 4x10 hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- 5x8 hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
On-call responsibilities: One weekday call per week and one weekend call every two months

Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures and assist physicians during examinations
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures
Utilize imaging equipment and techniques to obtain accurate images
Maintain and manage imaging equipment and ensure it is functioning properly
Adhere to safety protocols and radiology standards

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
ARRT certification required
Virginia state license required (pending applications accepted with a temporary authorization)
Ability to work within a 50-mile radius requirement
