Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment requiring ARRT (RT)(VI) certification and prior IR experience.

Details

Interventional Radiology department setting
4x9 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Call currently averages 1-2 weekdays per week and every 3rd weekend
On-call coverage required for at least two holidays during the contract
May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

BLS certification (AHA) required
ARRT (RT) and ARRT (VI) certification required
WI Radiographer License required if applicable
3 years of IR experience preferred
Neuro IR experience highly preferred
Prior travel healthcare experience preferred
Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Perform interventional radiology procedures as part of a specialized IR team
Travelers should begin extension discussions with their manager at least 45 days before contract end date
Accepts local candidates, though rate may be reduced based on facility radius rule
