Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical (INTRA CL) Specialist in a clinical setting. This position involves performing specialized imaging procedures under the supervision of radiologists, assisting with patient care, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. The role emphasizes teamwork, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety protocols to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals. - South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification. - ARRT Radiography (R) Certification. - BLS certification through the American Heart Association. - 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist or at least one year of experience in Special Procedures/Vascular Interventional Radiology. - Knowledge of OSHA, DHEC, FDA, and TJC standards and regulations. - Responsible for safe operation of Special Procedures and processing equipment. - Ability to operate standard office equipment.

  • Additional Information: The candidate must have recent experience in Interventional Radiology or Hybrid Operating Room settings. The role includes assisting with procedures, instructing patients, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team and patients.
