Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist – Seattle, WA 98122
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30). Call required: 2 full weekends per 6-week period and 9 weeknight call shifts. Floating to sister campus required for regular shifts and call coverage.
Highlights:
- 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic interventional radiology department
- 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Work with advanced interventional procedures including Y-90 chemotherapy delivery, GI bleeds, TPA administration, and cryoablations
- Comprehensive experience with stroke teams and neurovascular procedures required
- EPIC documentation system and Pyxis medication management
- First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
Requirements:
- Active Washington State Radiology License (or compact license in hand at submission)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Required procedural experience: Y-90 chemotherapy delivery, GI bleeds, TPA administration, vein sampling, Phase 2 recovery, and cryoablations
- Strong neurovascular background and/or experience working with stroke teams mandatory
- Experience with biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, endovascular lab, and stent placement procedures
- Proficiency with 3D imaging, fluoroscopy, angiography, embolization, and various vascular interventions
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must be available to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- 30-minute response time required for on-call shifts
