Interventional Radiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team on a traveler basis. The successful candidate will possess relevant certifications and a strong background in interventional radiology.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies for interventional radiology procedures.
Assist physicians during imaging procedures and provide patient care before, during, and after the procedures.
Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures throughout procedures.

Qualifications

Current certifications in DCI/BVP and BLS are required.
Proven experience with EPIC electronic health records is a must.
Strong understanding of interventional radiology practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and/or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
