Schedule

36 or 40 hours per week, with shifts lasting 10 or 12 hours. Weekend and night availability is required.

Job Duties

Join a dedicated team that provides moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area focused on preventative and interventional stroke care. Responsibilities include:

• Administering moderate sedation and monitoring patients' cardiac and physical status.
• Collaborating with physicians to ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Circulating when not providing moderate sedation.

Job Requirements

• Active RN License in New York.
• Experience with moderate sedation is required.
• Experience in interventional radiology is required.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in a level 1 trauma setting.
• Telemetry experience is necessary.
• Ability to circulate only is required.

Certifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
