Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients during interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess patient conditions and document any changes in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families regarding procedures and post-operative care.
• Maintain a sterile field and comply with infection control protocols.
• Monitor and manage complications that may arise during or after procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to clinical support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in interventional radiology.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Facility Information

This position is based in Largo, FL, and may require occasional travel to multiple locations within the region.
