GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina.
About this Position
Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking to work in a dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on patient care.
Position/Specialty: Procedural RN/Neuro IR RN
Shift: Will work 4x10 hour shifts, 7am-5pm. On-call required every 5th weekend and one night per week. Radius should be within 30 minutes during on-call hours.
Floating: No floating required to sister facilities.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience required. First-timers accepted. Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience is highly preferred, with neuro experience and critical care being a plus.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Radiation Badge: Must be provided by the agency; the facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers.
Miscellaneous: Radius rule of 60 miles applies. Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. All RTO must be included at the time of submission; approval will be based on manager/unit needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Hospital Highlights: This is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital with a total of 865 staffed beds and a Level 1 Trauma Center. Facility will provide scrubs, and charting is done using Epic. Parking costs apply only for nights and weekends, with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass.
