The position requires imaging support in the OR for vascular interventional radiology. Candidates should be comfortable being actively involved in the entire case workflow. Responsibilities include pulling inventory and ordering cases prior to procedures. The candidate will run the table and controls during cases. Performing 3D spins and working with fusion technology is also part of the role. The individual will be engaged in the room throughout the procedures. This involves filming and post-processing images. Using documentation technology to add inventory used during the case is necessary. Collaboration with vascular surgeons, the OR team, and other procedural team members is essential. In downtime, the technician will utilize a C-arm to support simple surgical cases. This may include procedures such as Impellas and cystos, focusing on kidneys and bladder. Rotating call is required every fourth week. Candidates must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule.
