Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $3,109 to $3,309 per week in Oak Lawn, IL

Experience with kyphos/vertebroplasties, G/GJ tube placement/exchange, neph tubes/nephroureteral stents, IVC filters, temporary and tunneled dialysis catheters, Y90s/TIPs, chemo/coil embolizations, ports, and stroke patients. For outdoor time, residents can visit nearby Centennial Park in Oak Lawn and the Palos Preserves trail system within about 20 minutes, with walking paths, kayaking access, and forested recreation.

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You’ll be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of IR Tech experience with references
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Graduate from AMA approved accredited Radiologic Technologist programs
• BLS certification
• State license
• IEMA
• Neuro IR experience
• EPIC experience
• Experience with kyphos/vertebroplasties, G/GJ tube placement/exchange, neph tubes/nephroureteral stents, IVC filters, temporary and tunneled dialysis catheters, Y90s/TIPs, chemo/coil embolizations, ports, and stroke patients

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 7am-5:30pm
• On-call required. Weekend call is 1 weekend every 4th weekend, from Saturday 6:00am to Monday 6:00am.
• On-call required. One full week of call every 4th week with one weekday off.
• Additional ancillary call shifts are approximately 3 in each 8-week schedule for strokes or unstable trauma patients.
• No floating required.
