Submittal Instructions
SSN must be included in the traveler profile at time of submission.
DOB must be included in the traveler profile at time of submission.
RTO must be listed on the cover page at time of submission.
Copy of Nursys report is required at submission and must have been pulled within the last 7 days.
Pending licenses will be considered; however, an active license at time of submission is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience required.
EPIC experience preferred.
Two professional references are required:
References must be from assignments worked within the last year.
References must be within 12 months of start date; references within 6 months are preferred.
Candidates with background hits may be considered for minor infractions only.
Mile radius rule applies: traveler s permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
Local candidates will not be accepted.
