General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: IR RN
Ratio / Census: 4 Rooms; average daily census of 25
Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
Scrub Color: Provided by the facility
RTO: MAX 7 days
Weekends: Every third weekend (no more than 2 per month)
Floating: Within the facility/scope of practice as needed
Call Requirements: Yes, call is rotated among the team
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
