Key Responsibilities of the Echo Tech - Interventional Radiology- Perform ultrasound procedures on patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric with cardiac issues
- Operate specialized equipment to conduct echocardiograms
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment
- Work effectively in high-pressure, stat situations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide accurate diagnostics
Requirements of the Echo Tech - Interventional Radiology- 2 years of experience or completion of an accredited course in Echo-cardiology
- Current registry or certification in Adult Echo
- Current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
- ARDMS or ARRT certification
- BLS certification
