Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Technician in a fast-paced imaging unit, responsible for supporting a variety of complex interventional procedures. The role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality radiologic and interventional medical services, typically during day shifts.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Days, 8 hours typically from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Start Date: 10/26/2026
  • End Date: 01/23/2027
  • Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, Wisconsin license required. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Interventional Catheterization Procedures, Interventional Vascular Procedures, or Interventional Neurology preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing high-quality radiologic exams, interventional medical sonography exams, cone beam computed tomography (CT) exams with three-dimensional reconstruction, and handling complex procedures including interventional radiology, vascular, and neuro interventional cases.
  • Responsibilities: Support in a high-volume IR unit, assisting with 4-6 procedures daily, working alongside a team of one registered nurse and two radiologic technologists. Mandatory float to other locations within the central region if needed. Participation in holiday rotations and on-call duties as required.
  • Charting: Epic experience highly preferred.
  • Additional Information: On-call for 1-2 nights per week, with a 30-minute response time. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers are required to wear masks at all times. GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week; the traveler is guaranteed set hours per week thereafter.
