Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

Travel IMCU/PCU RN – New York

Unit: 64-bed IMCU | 15 designated Neuro beds
Shift: Days | 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Contract: Travel
Floating: Required
Block Scheduling: Never guaranteed
Scrubs: Navy Blue
Locals: Accepted — local rate applies for candidates within 75 miles

Requirements

  • 2+ years recent IMCU/PCU experience
  • Travel experience documented on resume
  • AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS
  • Active NY RN license
  • All RN licenses verified through NURSYS
  • Epic experience required
  • Current driver's license with address matching demographics
  • Skills checklist matching specialty
  • RTO must be submitted upfront

Patient Population & Skills

  • Adult patients, age 18+
  • Neuro, cardiac, trauma and respiratory patients
  • COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown and post-op
  • Temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP
  • Chronic vents with RT support
