**Join Our Dynamic Team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Arizona!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity in a six-bed Medical/Surgical Observation Unit (MOSU) - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse range of post-surgical patients - Engage with patients dealing with conditions such as: - Post cardiac catheterizations - Respiratory failure - Sepsis and DKA - Acute kidney injury (AKI) - Unstable arrhythmias **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 3 years in critical care nursing - Proficient in: - Initiation, titration, and management of: - Vasopressors - Thrombolytics - Antihypertensives - Antidiabetics - Sedation - Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring - Telemetry monitoring and interpretation - Sepsis management - Central and arterial line management - Chest tube management - Blood administration **Equipment You Will Use:** - Medication infusion pumps - Rapid infuser - Bedside cardiac monitors - Mechanical ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP - High-flow nasal cannula - Bladder scanner **Patient Care Ratios:** - Critical: 2:1 - Step Down: 4:1 - Standard: 6:1 **Additional Information:** - Opportunity to float to Med/Surg, Tele, Step-Down, and Observation floors - Night shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM, plus call - Holiday coverage required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
