We are seeking an experienced Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) to provide expert consultation and support to patients and healthcare staff in skin prevention, wound care, ostomy management, and continence needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited RN program
Minimum 3 years of full-time medical-surgical nursing experience
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Board certification in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Strong communication, teamwork, clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff
Day Shift - 8 hrs - M-F
