## Join Our Team as an Acute RN in Rehabilitation! **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Unit:** Acute Rehabilitation - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours available - **Patient Population:** Primarily Adults - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 6 patients - **Number of Beds:** 13 **Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans - Support patients dealing with neurological, trauma, and post-operative rehabilitation - Administer medication and monitor vital signs - Utilize lift equipment and EHR (Meditech) for efficient patient management - Apply skills in gait training, strengthening exercises, and wound care including wound vacs **Requirements:** - **Experience:** 1-2 years of Acute RN experience - **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult) - **Background Check:** Iowa criminal background check required - **Drug Test:** 10-panel screening including opiates - **Immunizations:** Recent titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB within the last 12 months - **Availability:** Monday or Tuesday start **Additional Notes:** - Float requirements to MedSurg as needed - Travel experience preferred but not required - Dress Code: Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
