**Join Our Dynamic Rehabilitation Team as an RN (NIGHTS)!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced RN looking for a fulfilling role in an innovative rehabilitation setting? - Join our 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of recovery! **Position Overview:** - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Department:** Rehabilitation - **Shift:** Night shifts, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) - **Weekend Commitment:** Every other weekend and holiday rotations - **Attendance Policy:** Adhere to internal attendance and tardy policy - **Call Requirements:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** BLS **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or 24/7 skilled care environment. - Preferred: Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity. - **Patient Ratios:** 1 nurse for every 7 patients **Unit Information:** - **Patient Population:** Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs. - **Equipment Involved:** - Mobility equipment including ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Plus, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machine, BGM. - Charting done via EPIC EHR. - **Nurse Manager:** Liz Buroker **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!Catalytic Solutions Job ID #19287145.
