Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Inpatient. The role provides inpatient physical therapy services for adult and geriatric patients in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, mobility support, discharge planning, and rehabilitation following orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week; shift times may vary based on census.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Valid California state license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with Epic charting
• Additional Information:
  • Provides care for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Experience with acute care, patient assessment, bed alarms, discharge planning, gait belts, specialty beds, and plans of care.
  • Supports post-stroke rehabilitation, short-term goals, total hip replacement recovery, and total knee replacement recovery.
  • First-time travelers are accepted.
