Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of experience; location in Ohio.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient settings and familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans with clinical reasoning, and collaborates with the team to address discharge barriers. Responsible for accurate and timely documentation, including goal setting, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Participates in student programs and actively pursues professional development through continuing education. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
