Job Summary:
Infusion Nurse Specialty in a local setting. This position involves providing outpatient infusion services with a focus on chemotherapy management, port care, and sterile procedures. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 9-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/11/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification, at least 2 years of outpatient infusion experience, and experience with access managing ports, chemotherapy administration, and infection control protocols.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chemotherapy, central line or implanted line care, and familiarity with electronic charting systems (Epic preferred).
- Additional Information: Candidates must have uploaded recent licensure verification through Nursys within the last two weeks, provide two references obtained within the last year, and have no separation time required for return staff or travelers. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start.
