*Genitourinary/Renal Skills REQUIRED: Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) & Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
*IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills REQUIRED: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management & Starting and maintaining IVs
*Medications Skills REQUIRED: Heparin Protocols, PCA, Thrombolytic Agents, Titrate Cardiac drips & Titrate Vasoactive drips
*Neurological/Psychiatric Skills REQUIRED: Aneurysms and repair, Craniotomy, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Intracranial bleeds, Lumbar drains, Post TPA care, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Seizure disorders, Spinal cord injury, Substance Withdrawal & Traumatic Brain injury

JOB DETAILS:
-RATIOS: 1:4. Avg. Daily Census: Unit will max at 24 patients; Rooms/Beds: 24
* "Normal population"= Intermediate population that is sub-specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.
-SHIFT: 36 and 48s can be offered
***Unit will accept contracts from 16+ weeks up to February 27, 2027 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
-12-HOUR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
-Call Requirement: NONE
-Float Requirement: Other intermediate areas like 6a or 5A PCTU or 5C Cardiac Intermediate along with critical care (ICU/Stepdown patients)
-Weekend Requirement: travelers will be required to work a minimum of 3 weekend shifts every six weeks
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Intermediate population that is sub specialized with neurological population along with medical intermediate patients.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This patient population will be geared towards the neurological patients along with the medical intermediate patient population.
