Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMC (Intermediate Care) position requiring telemetry, vent, and transplant experience across both an Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit.

Details

  • Works across two IMC units: D6/5 (Acute Med/Progressive Care) and B4/3 (Thoracic)
  • Patient population includes oncology, cardiac, and PCU/stepdown-level acuity
  • Ventilator and transplant patient cases are part of the caseload
  • Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts
  • Schedule spans Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
  • Holiday coverage is required

Requirements

  • Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Prior telemetry experience with oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown patient populations required
  • Ventilator and transplant experience required

Additional Information

  • Must pass a telemetry competency test prior to starting the assignment
  • 13-week contract
