### Join Our Team as an IMC RN in Beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ! #### Job Description: - **Location:** Lake Havasu City, AZ - **Facility:** Havasu Regional Medical Center - **Type:** Full-Time RN Position - **Shift:** 3x12s (7A - 7:30P) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Orientation:** Weekly #### About the Facility: - Joint Commission Accredited - Community hospital and regional referral center - 171 beds, Certified Chest Pain Center - Level 3 Trauma Center #### Why Lake Havasu City? - Experience stunning mountain ranges and serene lake scenery - Enjoy outdoor recreation central to the area - Close proximity to major cities: - Las Vegas: 2.5 hours - Phoenix: 3.25 hours - Grand Canyon National Park: 3.5 hours - Los Angeles/San Diego, CA: 5 hours #### Unit Information: - **Department/Cost Center:** 630 - **Number of Beds:** 30 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 or 1:3 - **Patient Population:** Adult and Geriatric - **Type of Patients on Unit:** - STEMI, NSTEMI - CHF, COPD - Sepsis - CABG pod 2 - Acute Respiratory Failure - Atrial Fibrillation with RVR - ALIF, EXLIF #### Requirements: - **Experience:** 2 years of recent acute experience - **Certifications:** Current State License - **Travel Experience:** Required - **Float Requirements:** Medical Surgical and Telemetry (ED holds if up for admit) - **Call Requirements:** Must be able to report within 30 mins when placed on call #### What We’re Looking For: - A dedicated and passionate RN with ICU experience - A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment - A personality fit that promotes teamwork and collaboration #### Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
