Join a leading healthcare provider as an IMC Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care in both the IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and the IMC Thoracic unit.

As an IMC Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during your 12-hour night shifts. Your expertise in telemetry oncology, cardiac care, and progressive care will be vital in this role. The position requires a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/IMU/PCU/Stepdown units.
  • Monitor patient telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Requirements:

  • WI RN and compact RN license required.
  • BLS & ACLS certifications from AHA only.
  • Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required.
  • Experience with ventilators and transplant patients is necessary.
  • Must pass a telemetry test prior to starting.
