Description
Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Odessa, Texas.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 10/06/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 48 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
ICU RN | ICU/PCU/MS-Tele Float
- Start Date: Within the next 3-5 weeks preferred
- Schedule:36 or 48 hours/week
- Experience:2+ years
- Travel Experience: Required
- Patient Ratio:1:2-3 in ICU
- Charting:Cerner required
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC or TCAR
- Stroke Education: 6 hours required; facility can provide if needed
- EKG Course: Required; facility can provide if needed
Important: This is a high-float position. The RN may work in ICU, PCU, and/or MS/Tele based on facility needs. If ICU census is low, the RN will float to MS/Tele with ratios of 5-6:1. Floating could occur for the majority of scheduled shifts, so the candidate must be comfortable and agreeable to this arrangement.
