ICU/Trauma ICU RN | 3x12 Days/Nights, EOW | Cerner | BLS, ACLS & COVID Vaccination Required | NIHSS Required | PALS Preferred | 2–3 Years ICU Experience | 30-Bed ICU | 1:1–2 Ratio | Trauma, Stroke, Head Injuries, Ventriculostomies & ICP Monitoring Required (Post-TPA Experience May Be Accepted) | Vasopressor & Sedation Titration | Vents & EKG Interpretation Required | Proctored Dysrhythmia Test on Day 1 (Pass/Fail) | Float to PCU, CICU, Tele & MedSurg |
