**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - SICU** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information: ICU/Surgical ICU / (650)** - **Number of Beds:** 26 - **Number of Staff:** 15 - **Staff Structure:** - Day Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech - Night Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity, including post CABG patients - **Equipment Available:** - Balloon pumps, CRRT, Hypothermia, ECMO - **EMR:** Meditech - **Hiring Profile:** - **Skills Required:** - Minimum 1-year current hospital ICU experience - ACLS, BLS, NIH, and TNCC certifications - **Preferred:** - Experience in large trauma facilities - **Typical Procedures:** - Caring for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, general post-surgical ICU patients - Handling chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips - **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Driven, organized, and efficient - Positive attitude and engaged demeanor - **Attractive Features of the Unit:** - Opportunity to work with advanced equipment and technology - Experienced staff with a rich tenure - Flexible scheduling options **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
