Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 12-hour night shift position requiring 2-3 years of ICU experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Details

• ICU setting with 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), every other weekend
• 3 shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Contract includes holiday coverage through early January
• Floating required to ED (not just holds), Stepdown, and Med Surg with modified assignment
• May float to Behavioral Health
• May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin
• No on-call requirements
• Uses balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, arctic sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser equipment

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• 2-3 years of ICU experience required (candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong, independent skills across a variety of care)
• CVICU experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• RN Skills Checklist matching specialty required
• Driver's license with address matching demographics required
• RTO must be included at time of consideration
• License verification required

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
• Weekly orientation provided
• Former perm staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• 3 professional references required once committed (2 from leadership)
• First-time travelers will not be considered
