Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The nurse prioritizes patient care, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures effective communication with all members of the care team. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in patient experience, quality and safety, operations, and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• 2 years of critical care/tele experience
• 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions)

• EPIC experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience or active matriculation in a BSN program

• Average Unit Census: 8
• 8 Beds per Unit
• Staffing Guidelines: 1:2
• Schedule: 3x12, every other weekend, variable shifts
