Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures quality and safety in patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of critical care/tele experience
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• 1 year travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience
• Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience or active matriculation in a BSN program

• Average Unit Census: 8
• 8 Beds per Unit
• Staffing Guidelines: 1:2
• Schedule: 3x12, every other weekend, variable shifts
