Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position within an internal float pool, requiring a Georgia or Compact RN license and 18 months of experience.

Details

• Hospital-based position within the Internal Float Pool
• ICU specialty assignment
• Night shift schedule (NOC) with 12-hour shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract length

Requirements

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required
• CVOR RN candidates must have 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years with similar acuity
• CVOR RN candidates must demonstrate strong endovascular experience with proficiency ratings of 3s and 4s in cardiac and vascular procedures
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for eligibility
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday request is permitted per assignment
• Candidates may only be submitted to one position at a time
