**Exciting Opportunity for ICU Float Pool Registered Nurse!** - Are you ready to elevate your nursing career in an engaging and dynamic environment? - Join our Float Pool Pod A ICU team and embrace the adventure of working in various ICU floors! - This is a float position – you may be assigned up to 100% of shifts to different ICUs or tele floors as needed. - Flexibility is key! You’ll be expected to work a minimum of every other weekend, with the potential to exceed that to meet unit needs. - Must be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays – your commitment to care is invaluable. - Gain a wealth of experience as a first-timer – we welcome 1 year of nursing experience. - Enjoy a competitive nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 for optimal patient care. - Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH. - No on-call requirements – focus on your patients without the added pressure! - RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission – plan ahead for your well-deserved breaks. - Free parking available for all staff – park with ease! **Hospital Highlights:** - Please note you may be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna. - Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital with a total of 488 staffed beds. - Scrub color for RNs: Royal Blue; scrubs for OR will be provided. - Charting system: Epic. **Shift Details:** - Night shifts (3x12-Hour) from 19:00 - 07:30. - Block schedules are not available.
