Join our dynamic team at a leading healthcare facility in Boston, MA, renowned for its cutting-edge medical services and commitment to patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in a Level III Trauma Center's Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in a 20-bed MICU
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
  • Float to Medical/Surgical Units as required, managing up to 4 or 5 patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Adult ICU experience required
  • 2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU
  • Must be able to read Tele Strips; Telemetry competency required
  • Active Massachusetts RN License
  • AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
