Join a leading acute-care hospital in Fort Myers, FL, as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care. We are seeking experienced RNs who are ready to make a significant impact in the lives of critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 14-bed ICU unit.
• Work on both 7N and 8N ICU floors, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically Epic, for documentation and patient management.
• Float to other units or sister campuses as needed, with travelers being the first to float.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Degree accreditation must be included in the profile submission.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.

Additional Information:

• Scrub colors: Galaxy Blue and White.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; no approvals will be granted after submission.
• Demographic information, including address, email, full date of birth, full Social Security number, and RN license number, must be loaded in the profile for confirmation.
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to the start date; no exceptions for pending documents.
