ICU Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows, charting systems, and patient care standards

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
