**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in ICU - Join Our Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Los Alamos Medical Center, Los Alamos, NM - **Position:** Registered Nurse (ICU) - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** Alternating weekends - **Call Requirements:** As needed / Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital when on call **Unit Profile:** - **Department/Cost Center:** ICU 1 - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 - **Number of Beds:** 6 - **EHR System:** Medhost Clinicals - **Patient Population:** Serves all ages - **Supervisor:** Sara Sena, Director of Inpatient and Emergency Services **Position Requirements:** - **Certifications:** - ACLS - PALS - BLS - NIHSS - **Experience:** 1+ years of ICU experience - **Skills:** - Ventilator management - Titrating continuous medications - Managing ICU patients - **Education:** - Associate's degree - Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in NM - **Float Requirements:** As needed / May be required to float to Medsurg, ER, etc. **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Any - **Unacceptable Attire:** Casual wear **Important Information:** - Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. - Local Rate: Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel. - Required certifications must be submitted with the application, as they are not available on site. - All clinical staff must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation of the process. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
