Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Clinic/outpatient RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 12 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for. - 1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty is required (preferably within one location, but not required). **Licensure and Certifications:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. - Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required at the time of submission; will not accept anything pending. **Additional Requirements and Information:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission; references must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required; traveler will receive a maximum of 2 attempts to pass, otherwise will be canceled. - Facility does not accept any license hits, and background hits with any open case are not accepted. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements temporarily; all other travelers must be nicotine-free, as evidenced by a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen within 12 months of start, updated annually.
