Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced interventions
• Perform and oversee Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of critical care (ICU) experience
• CRRT experience required
• At least 18 months of specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (no local travelers)
• Navy blue scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity, complex critical care patient populations
• Strong familiarity with ICU protocols and advanced monitoring equipment
