Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (36 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
  • Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic support
  • Perform and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
  • Utilize Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring skills in the care of neurologically complex patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

  • Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
  • ICP monitoring experience required
  • CRRT experience required
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma center ICU environment
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced settings
