Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is a night shift role requiring three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have EPIC experience and must be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an acute care environment
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient health status and initiate appropriate interventions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Acute care facility experience preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor required
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification required

Additional Information

Please note that holiday requests for time off (RTO) will not be approved. This role requires flexibility and commitment to meet the needs of our patients and the facility.
