Description
As an ICU nurse, you will provide critical care for patients with life-threatening conditions, focusing on the administration of medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This position involves working nights and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with a patient ratio of 1:2. You will also be expected to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity, enhancing your skills and versatility in critical care.
