Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a combined SICU/MICU setting with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
  • Manage and titrate vasoactive and critical drips including dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, vasopressin, diltiazem, insulin, and esmolol
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms independently using Spacelabs monitoring system
  • Care for a diverse ICU patient population including CABG, CVA, subarachnoid hemorrhage, STEMI, septic shock, DKA, respiratory failure, and neurosurgical cases
  • Collaborate with in-house hospitalists, intensivists, and respiratory therapy staff available 24/7
  • Float to other ICU locations within the valley as needed; may occasionally serve as a 1:1 sitter outside of the ICU

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Ability to titrate critical care drips independently
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a similarly sized or larger ICU and hospital setting
  • Familiarity with CRRT, ECMO, or intra-aortic balloon pump (experience not required)
  • Comfort working across both surgical and medical ICU patient populations
