Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand before start date
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Either ENPC or PALS required
• TNCC preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex needs
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Float to PCU, overflow, and ED hold areas as needed, including assignments for up to 4 patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols in a fast-paced hospital environment
