• Float Requirement: ICU, PCU, and CCU
• EMR: Cerner

Job Requirements

• Current active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with ventilator management and IV drips required
• Prior Cerner experience required
• Ability to float between ICU, PCU, and CCU as needed
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU and related critical care units
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Manage ventilators, drips, and other critical care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
• Deliver accurate documentation in Cerner and maintain clear handoff communication
• Adapt to floating assignments while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence
• Support a calm, professional, and compassionate environment for patients and families
