Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a critical care setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfort using electronic health records; Meditech experience is a plus
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with complex and high-acuity needs
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support safe outcomes
• Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Promote compassionate, patient-centered care in a critical care environment
