GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lafayette, Louisiana.
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a contract position in Lafayette, LA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide critical care to patients in need. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Please ensure you are aware of the following details: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team" where there will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract to take a position, you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. You should not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with the above.
Holiday Availability: Candidates must be willing to work 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Although Halloween is not a paid holiday, some units may require traveler coverage. Holiday assignments are based on departmental needs and fair staff rotation.
